Field of Operation
Costa Rica is widely regarded as the strictest regulatory body, providing the highest standard of healthcare in Central America. Costa Rican registrations are easily adapted to the six surrounding countries to our geography.
Namely – Nicaragua, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize and El Salvador. Therefore, our regional head office is in San Jose, Costa Rica. We also maintain a full-time office in India and representation in China, South Korea and Central Europe.

End to End Product Management

Costapharm offers end to product management. Through vertical integration we manage every aspect of our own traceable logistics, sterile pack/repack and secure storage facilities, product recall, waste management and/or disposal for all classes of pharmaceutical products.

Our Passion

Whilst we have already built a strong portfolio of generic product registrations, Costapharm’s true passion lies in the provision of sophisticated orphan, biological and oncological medicines.

Portfolio

Costapharm has an extensive portfolio of generic medical registrations and continues to supplement these based on customer demand. However, our company focus, and passion is in supporting more sophisticated, innovative and specialist medicines including ARV’s, HIV’s, oncologicals, biologicals, plasma proteins, monoclonal antibodies and orphan drugs.
Our goal is to become a significant specialist supplier of these products to the region.
